Cheapest city in America

Now when you think of cheap you don't think of cheap houses. No one wants to stay in a cheap house. But you do what you can afford and maybe its a mansion or maybe its a little ranch. Whatever your style is your might be able to find something that is cheap.

Cheap is something that many American people live by today not that we want to but many things in the world today are cheap. Cheap car insurance, cheap cars, cheap clothes, and cheap housing.

Its America's way of living if its cheap most of us will see what it is and try it out. Housing is kind of the same way we want everything cheap. Now there are many places that you can find cheap things and the internet is a great place to start.

Even if you are looking for a house many buyers are drawn to the computer to find the best deal. Well did you know that the biggest state in the USA, also is the cheapest state? Yes its
Harlingen Texas, who would have thought that Texas was cheap. The state is huge but you can get a T-bone steak for $8.14 not bad.

Its hard to say why they are the cheapest place but it all comes down to supply and demand. There is one fact that stays true and that is supply and demand will always have the upper hand on price. Right now the real estate market is feeling that with a shortages of houses.

Sellers are becoming picker and wanting better qualified people to sell their homes and they are in the cat bird seat because of it. Over the last few months Realtor have been sitting on homes waiting for them to sell for some big dollars and they aren't seeing it.

Credit has become a big factor in the housing industry because banks have tightened their grip on the home loans they give out. Make sure that you can afford the home your looking at with the housing loan you get approved for.
